You got fooled, twice! A teaser that a song called ”Kong I byn” by the new artist Lil-D was released on 1st of April 2023. Comments like ”April fools, but please do it” poured in and great anticipation started to build up. Everyone thought it was an April fools day joke. But two days later, on 3rd of April ”Kong i byn” dropped along with a music video that spread like wildfire.
A few days after the release, Spotify picked up the song in one of their biggest playlist in the category ”Epa-dunk” which resulted in huge amount of streams. Short after, they added it in their playlist ”Summerhits 2023” and the succes was a fact.
